Frequently Asked Questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Eloquentia → Cancel Subscription. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore previous purchases?
In the app, go to Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID that was used for the original purchase.
How can I delete my account and data?
In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Alternatively, send an email to kontakt@ryth-ug.de requesting deletion.
The app crashes or isn’t working correctly.
Please send a short description of the issue to kontakt@ryth-ug.de — ideally including your device model, iOS version and a screenshot if possible. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
Refunds
Refunds are handled directly by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. We are still happy to help with any related questions.
